Our Mighty-Green Muffins are best enjoyed fresh.

However, if needed, the product can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. After that, freeze for up to 90 days.

Place the product in the refrigerator the day before consumption. It can also be heated in a steamer at a low temperature.
Baby version: 6 – 12 months old

Ingredients: Organic Banana, organic spinach, organic whole milk, organic unsalted butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, rolled oats, whole wheat flour.

Allergens: dairy.

Toddler version: 12 months old and up

Ingredients: Organic Banana, organic spinach, organic whole milk, organic maple syrup, organic unsalted butter, organic eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, rolled oats, whole wheat flour, and pecans.

Allergens: dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts.

Vegan version

A gluten-free option is available in any version using gluten-free flour instead of whole-wheat flour

A nut-free option is available in any version removing the pecans from our recipes. The Baby version is, by default, nut-free.
